Davor Boskovic I'm sorry I don't get what you mean. GMB is suggested by users and we will investigate on the use case first then to decide when to develop it. So the status is "planned".

Anastasia for me it's responding to conversations as I manage many clients GBP's and other channels for them. Responding to reviews would be nice but that's not the main purpose of Chatbreezes and I have other tools that do that well already. So wouldn't want the team to be distracted.

Additionally, it's helpful to know about other channels you're managing. Besides Google My Business and the ones already integrated with Chat Breezes, are you dealing with conversations from channels like email? Do you have a shared email account, such as support@XX.com, where you collect inquiries?
